8-Inch RFID E-Rack Electronic Shelf

The RFID E-Rack electronic shelf is an RFID reading rack specifically designed for 8-inch OPEN BOX. It is compatible with 8-inch Wafer Shipping Box and Wafer Storage Box. It can automatically read RFID and record data for each slot, which can be queried through the human-machine interface.

Operation Instructions:
Place the carrier into the slot — Infrared sensor detects — RFID Reader reads the RFID Tag information:
–If reading is successful, the interface displays the content of the Tag and the green light turns on.
–If reading fails, the interface displays ERROR and the red light turns on
