Description
Two-Person Straight-Through Cleanroom Air Showers SK-V2
Air shower – SK-V2
Air Shower offers an effective way to remove contamination from personnel before they get into cleanrooms. The unit is activated automatically after the door is closed. Pressurized clean air streams out from the adjustable nozzles at a velocity of 20-25 m/sec to remove particles from personnel in the air shower.

Cleanroom air showers function by using high-velocity air jets to dislodge particles from clothing and equipment. Cleanroom air shower help reduce the risk of particulate and microbial contamination by providing a transition zone for personnel and materials entering or leaving clean areas.
In industries that demand high levels of cleanliness, the introduction of even a minute particle can compromise the integrity of products. By employing air showers, organizations can significantly mitigate these risks.
The operation usually includes a series of steps:
1.Personnel enter the air shower unit, which is typically a small enclosed space.
2.The air jets activate automatically or through a manual switch, beginning the cleansing process.
3.The air shower runs for a preset time, usually between 10 to 30 seconds, to effectively clear contaminants.
4.Once the cycle is complete, the personnel can safely exit into the cleanroom environment.
Installation Considerations
1.Air showers should be placed at entrances to cleanrooms and in areas where materials are transferred.
2.The design should accommodate the flow of personnel and materials without bottlenecks.
3.Adequate airflow must be maintained, and filtration systems should be regularly checked and maintained.
