Tacky Mats for Clean Rooms
Cleanroom Sticky Mats, also known as Tacky Floor Mats, are essential in maintaining a clean environment by effectively removing dirt and dust from foot and cart traffic upon entry.The adhesive surface of the tacky mat is able to grab dirt and debris from the bottoms of shoes and prevent unwanted contamination from one area to another.Removing impurities from soles or wheeled equipment, adhesive floor mats placed in high traffic areas prevent critical environments from being compromised.
Each Tacky Floor Mat contains 30 sheets of high-quality polyethylene with a sticky adhesive top coat.Each sticky mat consists of a stack of numbered tear-off polyethylene film sheets. As the surface becomes contaminated, simply peel away the sheet to reveal a clean, adhesive-free layer underneath.

How to Use Your Cleanroom Sticky Mat:
Choose a suitable location for the mat, ensuring it’s the last step before entering the clean area.
Clean the floor surface for better adhesion or use a tacky floor mat frame.
Identify the back of the mat by locating the numbered corners. The side with the numbers facing upward should be the top of the mat.
Remove the film on the back of the mat to reveal the adhesive layer.
Securely position the mat on the floor, then remove the top layer of film to expose the tacky surface. The mat is now ready for use.
Once the top layer is contaminated and no longer tacky, peel away the sheet from the numbered corner tab to reveal the next clean sheet.
