Multi-Space Vacuum Storage Cabinet Specifications

Vacuum storage cabinet is used to store products that need to avoid oxidation during product storage. It can replace vacuum package as well. This vacuum storage cabinet consists of 6 or 9 independent chambers and control panel, the general layout is shown in the following figure. The vacuum chambers are independently controlled and share one set of vacuum system.

 

Basic configuration and working principle of the system

2.1 Control mode

Creating an oxygen-free environment by vacuuming and nitrogen filling, which is used for placing and storing products that are easy to be oxidized in common environment. When working, the chamber will be firstly pumped vacuum, to ensure that the cavity air pressure in the target vacuum range, and stop the pump. When the air pressure is higher than the target vacuum range, continue to vacuum until the target vacuum range. When need to open the door, the chamber will be filled with nitrogen to release the pressure and open the door;
The storage time of each cabinet is completely independent of timing and control.
The vacuum system of this equipment adopts one combination pump system.

 

2.2 Vacuum conditions

1) Limit vacuum: 50pa
2) Working vacuum: 100pa
3) Time to reach the target vacuum level: within 5min.

2.4 Protection measures

The equipment real-time display and record the vacuum degree of each cavity, and can query historical data and export data, historical data not less than 30 days.

 

2.5 Software Function

  • Independent vacuum function control for each chamber
  • Barcode scanner and data storage. Feeding and discharging material with barcode scanner. The vacuum status data with the material can be stored and tracked. Before put the material into the chamber, scan the material code and the chamber code, and when finishing storage, take out the material and scan the code again, the in and out time, vacuum status, material code and chamber code shall be binding together make up a tracing data for reference. It can be traced back by barcode and query the target historical data.
  • After selecting the target storage cabinet in the control interface, the target cabinet will automatically open the door with pressure relief.
  • The maximum storage time can be set for each chamber. When the time is almost up, an alarm is needed to remind the user.

  •  The equipment should be placed horizontally in a well-ventilated test room, leaving at least 1.5 meters of space around for maintenance.
