The GMS batch oven utilizes a high-volume horizontal air recirculation system which maximizes temperature uniformity and performance. This type of oven is widely applied in electronic industry to dry PCB, SMT components, curing epoxy resin in LED and IC packaging processing. Optional items such as viewing windows, and data acquisition devices can be added to meet your process needs.
