Ckplas’cell product model is named by following by generation. All the products can be customized, such as type, space, layer, height and even the biggest generation of G10.5 can be customized by customer’s demand. In addition, we can make changes from customer’s old product.
Normal Cassette (take out TFT by Robot arm)
1. Fish bone type (use for generation of G1~G5)
2. Back support bar type (use for generation of G5~G10 and thin glass is mainstream)
Benefit : Safety of picking and placing of glass substrate is good, able to take TFT randomly and not easy to scratch the glass.
3. Cross Bar type (gap is bigger than series of BS)
