Esd Table Mats
ESD rubber mat made of anti-static(conductive) and static-dissipative materials as well as synthetic rubber. The surface layer is a 0.5mm thick static-dissipative layer. The bottom layer is 1.5/2.5mm conductive layer. Generally, 2mm/3mm thick double-layer structure is used.
Descriptions:
- ESD Rubber Mats are made of two layers with the top one as a static dissipative rubber layer, laminated to a black conductive bottom layer.
- Surface resistivity of the top layer is 108 – 109 ohms and bottom layer is 105 – 106 ohms.
It offers excellent resistance to oil, grease and solvent - .Its temperature resistance to 160 degree, could be resistant to hot solder, while ESD vinyl mats are suitable for general
- Electronics assembly whose temp resistance reach to 70 degree around.
- Normal size(roll): 1.0 mx * 10 mx * 2 mm (T); 1.2mx * 10 mx * 2 mm (T).
Features
- Anti-static, widely used in electronic assembly, cleanroom, semiconductor production lines work table/floor.
- It is available in rolls or ESD work surface mat kits which include a ground snap and common point ground. We can cut mats to special sizes, so please contact us if you have special size requirements.
- Many colors for options, custom colors accepted. If you have a quantity no less than 300 square meters, just let us know the Pantone color, we will customize for you.
