ESD Curtain Material Type and Performance
1.ESD PVC Curtain
- The substrate is polyvinyl chloride (PVC), with conductive carbon wire or antistatic agent added to the surface, and the surface resistance range is 10⁶~10⁹Ω
- Common strip (Strip Curtains) or grid (Grid) design, thickness covers 2mm to 4mm, width can reach 50 meters/roll
- The anti-static function is achieved through carbon wire printing or conductive coating, with a surface resistance range of 10⁶~10⁹Ω and a charge decay time of ≤0.3 seconds. It is suitable for highly electrostatically sensitive scenes such as electronic component repair rooms and clean rooms.
- Transparent/black optional, light transmittance ≥85%, thickness ranges from 0.5mm to 4mm, meeting different strength requirements
